Helldivers 2 PS5 Controllers Start Reselling

Attention all epic Helldivers gamers: Super Earth needs you! To help, just give your over your credit card information and the three wacky numbers on the back directly to Sony.

Yes, a special Helldivers 2 themed PlayStation controller is finally available. Sony likes to spin these up for their most popular titles, with games like Astro Bot, Spider-Man, and Concord (RIP) all receiving their own uniquely skinned controllers.

For a limited time, you can buy these black and yellow Helldivers controllers from PlayStation Direct for $85. These feature all the standard functionality of PlayStation’s DualSense technology, just wrapped in a fancy skin.

As of this publication, these controllers are still available. Sony tends to produce their limited edition controllers in pretty decent quantities, but will not restock them. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

And even though they haven’t sold out yet, we’ve already seen confirmed sales for these controllers. Whether it’s buyers that don’t know how to check Sony’s website, or they just like sharing their money, we don’t care. The profit is there.

Right now, Helldivers 2 PS5 Controllers are reselling for up to $200 at a time. The sales we’ve seen are pretty limited, but it’s a very good sign to see these flipping already.

At $85 retail, the resellers that are actively flipping these controllers are more than doubling their money. This is not a remotely difficult flip, although customers are limited to only one controller.

And if you’re still on the fence, remember that Sony offers free returns for items within 30 days of their ship date. Considering these controllers aren’t expected to ship until February, this is essentially a zero-risk flip. Buy now, sell if it’s profitable, cancel your order if it’s not. Simple.
