Arcane's Vinyl Soundtrack Resells for Hundreds of Dollars

Have you heard about Arcane yet? Produced by Fortiche and released exclusively through Netflix, it’s an animated adaptation of the ultra-popular video game League of Legends.

Arcane has been received extremely well among viewers, even for people that have never played the game. Season 1 received an Emmy in 2022, and the conclusive Season 2 currently holds a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes scored from 33 reviewers.

To celebrate, the merchandising team has produced a bundled edition of Arcane’s soundtrack on vinyl. The four disc collection contains all of the iconic music from the series, including the title track “Enemy” by Imagine Dragons that was written for the show.

The Arcane soundtrack has been released on vinyl several times. Season 1 records started dropping over the summer, and Season 2 opened for preorder in October. This month’s bundle marks the first time they’ve been sold together, and their collectability meant they’d sell out very fast.

Arcane Season 1 & 2 Vinyl bundles were released on December 6 for $90 alongside several other records.

Shipping dates on these are an important factor. The initial batch sold out quickly, and these are slated to ship in January. Additional bundles were restocked on Friday, but they are set for a much later ship date of April.

If you jumped on this early and purchased a bundle with a January ship date, congratulations. We’ve been tracking tons of sales for these vinyl records, and things don’t seem to be slowing down.

Arcane Season 1 & 2 Vinyl bundles are currently reselling for more than $200 at a time, but only for the initial batch. Additionally, some sellers that have both Season 1 and 2 vinyl soundtracks in hand are selling them together for more than $400.

Depending on when you bought and how many bundles you snagged, there are potentially hundreds of dollars in profits to be made from this item. Buying the Season 1 and 2 vinyl separately and then selling as a bundle was obviously the best move, but few resellers had the foresight to go for this.

In any case, this has been an extremely lucrative opportunity for any reseller that managed to get in. As of this publication, Arcane Season 1 and 2 vinyl bundles are still available through their official site, with an estimated ship date of April 2025.

Worth buying? Hard to say. We won’t know how much people are willing to pay for these bundles until the initial batch of January orders has sold on eBay. They could end up being quite profitable, but future restocks might tank their value as well.

Keep in mind that the Arcane shop offers thirty day returns for items purchased online. This takes a lot of the risk out of the equation, as you can always refund your order if it fails to resell for a profit.
