Elden Ring Nightreign Vinyl Collection Preorders Are Live at $150

The Nightreign Vinyl Collection is a seven-disc set featuring 57 tracks from Limveld, including the full Forsaken Hollows DLC soundtrack. Each disc features a unique galaxy-printed pressing, meaning no two copies will look exactly alike, and each of the six gatefold sleeves is illustrated with one of the 10 Nightfarers.

The set also includes an art print and a certificate of authenticity numbered from 1 to 4,999. The FromSoftware Sound Team, which composed the soundtracks for the Dark Souls trilogy and other FromSoftware titles, produced every track in the collection. At over three hours of orchestral music spread across premium vinyl, this is a serious release aimed at serious collectors.

Video game related vinyl can be hit or miss. In the past, we’ve tracked limited releases for games like Outer Wilds and Skyrim flipping for huge profits, but these successes are largely contingent on the games’ fanbases, the music itself, and the production quality.

Here is the honest version: Bandai Namco has overproduced Nightreign collectibles before. The Nightreign Collector’s Edition game bundle launched at $200 and ended up marked down to $80, a 60% clearance cut, suggesting they printed well beyond what the market would absorb. That’s a real pattern to factor in here.

The vinyl collection has a stated print run of 4,999 units, which is meaningful on paper. Whether Bandai honors that cap strictly or uses it loosely is something to watch. If this collection sells out quickly and stays sold out, the secondary market has a real reason to exist. If it lingers or gets restocked, margins will collapse.

Note that this is a global release, with all 4,999 units available across multiple storefronts. That may help move the needle for resellers.

This is a preselling situation. The play is to preorder now, list the collection on eBay before it ships, and sell to a buyer who either missed the window or doesn’t want to wait until July. If demand is clearly soft as the ship date approaches, cancel the preorder before it goes out.

Bandai Namco’s store policy allows cancellations on preorders before they ship, and the standard 30-day return window applies to physical products once delivered in unopened condition. That return window is a meaningful safety net here given the July ship date.
