Dodgers' Yoshi Bobbleheads are Reselling for $300+

The Yoshi x Yamamoto bobblehead features the green dinosaur in Yamamoto’s No. 18 home jersey and a Dodgers cap, glove in hand. It was produced in collaboration with The Super Mario Galaxy Movie as a one-day promo tied directly to the film’s opening. The result was a giveaway item with two distinct collector audiences pulling at it simultaneously: Dodgers fans who love Yamamoto and Nintendo fans who showed up for Yoshi.

Fans lined up outside Dodger Stadium hours before first pitch to lock down one of the 40,000 units being distributed at the gates. That’s not a small supply number, but the crossover demand ate into it fast.

MLB itself covered the scene, noting that even some of Yamamoto’s own teammates asked him to sign their bobbleheads, with Yamamoto signing his name and No. 18 on the side of Yoshi’s snout.

Yamamoto’s resume doesn’t need much introduction at this point. He has two World Series rings, the 2025 World Series MVP, and is off to a strong start in 2026. Demand for anything with his name on it remains high, and the Nintendo connection opened up a second collector audience that had nothing to do with baseball.

Our initial alert pegged the likely flip range at $200 or more. The market disagreed in the right direction. Bobbleheads are currently listed and selling on eBay in the $250 to $350 range, with active listings and early sold comps both supporting the higher end of that spread. Expect the $300 territory to be the center of gravity for most sales in the coming days.

The signed copies are a different conversation entirely. It’s been confirmed that Yamamoto did autograph a handful of bobbleheads for teammates and fans, and while none have turned up for sale yet, a Yamamoto-signed example would almost certainly exceed $1,000 if one hits the market. That’s speculative for now since no signed listings have surfaced, but keep your eyes on eBay if you want to get ahead of it.

One thing worth acknowledging: Dodger Stadium consistently ranks among the most expensive parks in the league for secondary market tickets, with seats averaging close to $100 a game. At $300 for the bobblehead and roughly $100 to $130 for a ticket, you’re looking at around $131 to $161 in profit after eBay’s 13% fee. That’s a solid return, though the margin compresses fast if you overpaid for your seat. If you already had tickets and grabbed the bobblehead, you’re in great shape.
