Disney released Cinderella-themed Starbucks tumblers yesterday
These are part of a larger Cinderella 75th Anniversary celebration
The $50 tumblers are reselling for up to $120
Hopefully you found some time yesterday for reselling. Several profitable products dropped, and today we’ll be looking at the 75th Anniversary Cinderella Starbucks Tumblers sold through the Disney store. These were a big hit with Disney collectors, and resellers were able to double their money with almost zero effort. Let’s get started.
If you haven’t heard, Disney’s Cinderella marked its 75th anniversary last month. The original story is of course much older, but Disney has been hard at work celebrating the animated film – mainly with commemorative merch.
We’ve already talked about a line of 75th Anniversary Cinderella dolls that sold out and resold for huge profits, and now Disney has linked with Starbucks for limited edition 75th Anniversary Travel Tumblers.
These aren’t quite as fancy as the vacuum-sealed, double-wall-insulated Stanley tumblers we usually cover. The selling point here is the unique iridescent finish and prominent Starbucks and Cinderella 75th Anniversary badging on the side.
Disney sold their Cinderella Anniversary Tumblers for $50, the same price that Stanley usually charges for their limited edition tumblers.
They were available exclusively through the Disney store on February 28 alongside other less-limited Cinderella tumblers. The available stock sold out fast, and you can probably guess what happened next.
Within a few minutes of these tumblers selling out we began to see them be relisted on eBay. The profits aren’t exactly lifechanging, but it’s always nice to have a little extra lunch money.
Right now, Disney Cinderella 75th Anniversary Starbucks Tumblers are reselling for $80 to $120 at a time. It’s still early and prices might rise, but resellers that got in on yesterday’s drop stood to net around $40 for each tumbler they flipped.
Not bad, not great. But money is money, and the positive eBay reviews are always a help. We’re waiting to see if Disney plans to roll out any more 75th Anniversary Cinderella merch, and we’ll plan to flip it if they do.
Fortunately for you, you’re in the right place to stay updated on all sorts of upcoming flips. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter, and get the latest news delivered straight to your inbox.
