Joji's Signed Piss in the Wind Vinyl Resells Fast

As far as signed vinyl goes, this is a profitable flip

Key Points

  • The signed vinyl retailed for $30 and sold out within hours

  • Current eBay listings range from $60 to $80 with multiple copies already sold

  • Resellers who maxed out quantity limits are looking at $120 to $200 in profit after fees

Fans barely had time to blink before the signed edition of Joji’s new vinyl disappeared. The Ruby White Mist pressing with a signed artcard dropped last week for a remarkably low prices, and resellers were quick to snap up copies. These are now reselling for more than double their retail price.

The fourth studio album from the genre-defying artist arrives February 6th, but this particular variant offered something extra.

Each copy came with a 12-inch Ruby White Mist colored vinyl, a 24×36 fold-out poster, and most importantly, a 7×7 signed artcard from Joji himself. These were limited to four per customer, US customers only.

There’s a bit of irony here for an Australian artist dropping US-exclusive merch, but let’s be real here: Americans are always willing to pay out the nose for the right product.

Want proof? We’ve got proof. Presale listings for Joji’s newest signed vinyl are moving fast on eBay. Multiple sellers have already sold copies in the $60-70 range, with some asking as high as $80.

The math works out to roughly double retail before eBay’s 13% fees. After fees, you’re looking at around $22 to $40 profit per copy depending on your selling price.

Smart resellers who grabbed the maximum four copies are sitting on decent returns. At $70 per flip after fees, that’s $140 profit on a $120 investment. Not earth-shattering, but solid for a same-day turnaround.

Worth noting: these are all presale listings since the vinyl doesn’t ship until February 6th. Buyers are paying premium prices now to secure their copy, banking on the signed element maintaining value.

What's Next?

Short-term pricing should hold steady through the presale period. Once copies start shipping in February, expect some softening as more units hit the market and buyers who missed out decide whether to pay premium prices for the signed card.

Long-term outlook is solid. Joji’s discography has staying power, and signed items from major artists tend to appreciate over time rather than depreciate. This probably settles around $50-60 in six months, still well above retail.

Bottom Line

Quick flip opportunity with minimal risk if you copped at retail. The 2X markup is real, multiple sold listings confirm demand, and the presale nature means you have time to sell before shipping.

While this performance falls short of some of the bigger vinyl releases we covered through 2025, it’s a clear sign that Joji’s signature should be on every reseller’s radar moving forward. Keep an eye out for more signed vinyl releases, and don’t hesitate to buy if you get the opportunity.
