The official One Piece Card Game shop is turning three, and it’s celebrating by giving away a card that’s already proven it can move on the secondary market. Repost a photo, show up at one of nine official shop locations, and walk out with a promo that’s previously sold in the $30 to $40 range. It’s not going to fund anyone’s vacation, but if there’s an official shop within driving distance, this is about as low-effort as flips get.

The giveaway runs June 23 and ties into the shop’s third anniversary. To enter, repost the official card shop’s anniversary announcement on Instagram, then head to one of the nine official ONE PIECE CARD GAME shop locations in person to pick up your free Tony Tony.Chopper OP09-029 promo card.

There’s no purchase requirement, which makes this one of the cheaper giveaways to enter that we’vte covered.

This isn’t the card’s first appearance. The same Chopper promo was previously handed out at the 2025 C2E2 convention in Chicago, which gives resellers an actual sales history to work from instead of guessing at demand.

One Piece TCG Promo Cards Resell

Sealed copies of the OP09-029 Chopper promo from its C2E2 run have resold for $30 to $40, and that’s a reasonable expectation for this batch too. Graded copies are where things get more interesting. PSA 10 examples have sold for up to $150, so if you’re willing to eat the grading time and cost, there’s a real ceiling above the raw price.

Just keep expectations in check. This is a free giveaway card with a known print history from a prior event, not a scarce chase pull. A $30 to $40 flip on a free card is still a fine return on a repost and a short trip, but it’s not worth a special drive if you’re not already near one of these locations.

Bottom Line

This is a free promotional card, not a purchase, so there’s no refund policy to worry about and no money at risk going in. The only real cost is your time and gas if you’re driving somewhere out of the way. The flip side of “free” is that supply at each event is whatever the store has on hand, so confirm with your local location before making a special trip, and don’t expect this one to move fast once the initial demand from attendees settles.
