MGA just launched a new addition to their Miniverse line that fans are going crazy for, but the tricky part is you don’t which toy you have until after you open it. However, there’s a clever trick we’re going to show you that skips all the risk, and you can walk out of the store with only the most valuable toys. Here’s what’s up.

MGA Miniverse Halloween Balls

Not familiar with MGA’s Mininverse? It’s a line of semi-collectable miniature toys sold in plastic balls. There are all kinds of options from miniature furniture to replicas of licensed IPs. One of their most popular products is a line of miniature foods, some of which we’ve covered before.

There’s a substantial collector’s community around the brand. While most of their products can be bought easily enough in stores or online, some of them are much rarer.

And sometimes MGA will package their toys as a “series”. These are just like a pack of cards; there are multiple different toys available, and you don’t know which one you’ll get until after you’ve opened it. There will usually be a rarer and much more valuable variant than the others.

Today we’re looking at another example of this, the MGA Miniverse Halloween Series. There are four different variants, but the only one we’re interested in is the Beetlejuice Sandworm Minis.

These are the rarest and most popular variant from the collection, limited to 20,000 total units. MGA Mini Halloween balls are available at most retailers right now for $10.

How to Get an MGA Mini Beetlejuice Sandworm

But rather than buying all the balls you can and hoping to get lucky, we’ve got two very easy methods to guarantee that you find a Beetlejuice Sandworm toy.

First, you can bring a kitchen scale with you on the way to the store. Once you find a ball, you can weigh it to find out what’s inside. MGA Mini Beetlejuice Sandworms weigh 105 grams, while the others are around 99 and 100. This is the same method we used to find MGA Mini Elf Spaghetti toys.

The other option is a bit simpler, and all you need is a solid flashlight. All you need to do is shine a light closely on the ball’s barcode. If you see black stripes, it’s a Sandworm.

There you go. Forget luck, with these simple tricks you can avoid any guesswork and go right to making money. Speaking of which…

This is definitely a flip worth your time. When we’ve covered other profitable MGA products, we’ve seen them flip for up to ten times what they retailed for, and this is looking like another great opportunity.
