GameStop Power Pack Series 4 launches November 28 at $100 per pack with one per customer limit
Five golden tickets randomly inserted give winners all Pokemon TCG quarterly releases for 2026
Graded cards trade in for guaranteed $22 store credit, $25 for Pro members, through December 13
Power Pack Series 4 launches Black Friday, November 28, exclusively in GameStop stores. Same format as previous series: one PSA-graded card (guaranteed PSA 8+) plus two random booster packs for $70, limit one per customer. This golden ticket addition is brand new and should drive even more demand than Series 2 and 3.
GameStop’s adding a Willy Wonka twist to Power Pack Series 4. Five golden tickets are randomly inserted across all Series 4 units, with winners getting every Pokemon TCG quarterly release set for 2026. That’s $500-800 worth of free Pokemon cards if you find one.
If you’re totally unfamiliar with the concept, all you really need to know is the past releases have sold out within minutes of hitting the shelves, and it doesn’t take long at all for them to reappear on eBay.
Series 3 consistently flipped for $90-120 shortly after launch. Series 2 hit similar numbers. The golden ticket addition should push Series 4 demand higher since there’s an extra chase element.
Buy at $100, flip at $150-200 within 24-48 hours. That’s $30-$75 profit after eBay’s 13% fees. The one-per-customer limit means hitting multiple GameStop locations if you want volume.
For gamblers opening packs, the golden ticket adds serious upside beyond the potential $2,000+ on a PSA 10 graded chase card.
GameStop stores open at 6am Black Friday. Call your local stores now to confirm Series 4 allocation. Not every location received Series 3, and distribution was scattered.
Series 3 sold out within 2-3 hours at most locations. With golden ticket hype, expect Series 4 to move faster. Get there when doors open or you’re not getting one. Bring friends if you want multiple packs since it’s one per customer.
Every PSA 8+ card trades back to GameStop for $22 store credit minimum, $25 for Pro members, through December 13. This caps your downside at $45 loss if you open a pack and pull nothing special.
List sealed Series 4 packs immediately at $110-120. The first 48 hours are when supply is tightest and FOMO is highest. After the weekend, prices settle around $90-100.
For opened packs, PSA 10 chase cards can hit $500-2000. PSA 9s typically range $100-300. PSA 8s are usually $30-80 unless it’s particularly desirable.
If you pull a golden ticket, you’ve got options. Keep it for a year of free Pokemon releases, or sell it on eBay where collectors will pay premium prices. With only five tickets total, expect serious bidding wars.
Call multiple stores to confirm allocation before driving. GameStop says “ALL Stores” are getting inventory, but Series 3 distribution proved that’s optimistic. Get there early, bring backup for multiple purchases, and list sealed packs same day if you’re flipping.
Power Pack Series 4 with golden tickets is the strongest GameStop Pokemon drop in months. At $70 retail flipping for $100-120, you’re clearing $20-35 per pack after fees if you move fast.
Call ahead, confirm allocation, and get there when doors open Black Friday. These will sell out fast, and secondary market demand is proven across Series 2 and 3. The golden ticket twist adds gambling excitement that should drive collector demand higher than normal.
The trade-in guarantee caps downside at $45 loss, making this a reasonable gamble even if you want to open packs.
