Dutch Bros Is Giving Away Free Mystery Bag Charms Today

Starting today, March 23, Dutch Bros is handing out one mystery bag charm with every medium or large drink purchase. You can grab up to five per transaction, and the promotion runs at all locations while supplies last.

There are three charm designs in the mix, a melting smiley, a blue charm reading “stoked”, and a design resembling a classic tattoo reading “Dutch.”

Dutch Bros runs these giveaways a few times a year and has built up a small but consistent collector base around their limited merchandise. Their St. Patrick’s Day 2026 charm set was moving on eBay in the $10 to $15 range per charm. That’s in line with what earlier Croc-style shoe charms from Dutch Bros fetched when those dropped back in 2023.

Nothing here is going to fund a vacation, but if you’re stopping in for your morning coffee anyway, grabbing the max five charms adds essentially no cost and gives you five items with a realistic shot at $8 to $12 net each after eBay’s fees. That’s a free coffee and some pocket change on a Tuesday.

If you hit a rare or particularly popular design, the ceiling could be a bit higher. Collectors tend to chase complete sets, so holding onto multiples of the same charm to list as a lot is worth considering once you see what you’ve pulled.
