Valentine's Day Stanley Tumblers Are Already Reselling

So, what are your Valentine’s Day plans? Dinner and a movie? DoorDash and Netflix? Isn’t it time you got something truly exceptional, to really show how much you love your partner (or yourself)? We’ve got just the product for you. Stanley is selling a limited edition Valentine’s Day themed tumbler, and like most stuff they make these days, it’s wildly popular. Enough so that these tumblers are selling out everywhere, and starting to resell.

Another year, another month, another holiday, another Stanley tumbler. Yep, you might be noticing the trend. Stanley had a great 2023, and it sure seems like they’re looking to repeat their success in the new year.

Even though February is still a whole calendar page away, they’ve already rolled out two new products for Valentine’s Day. Sold exclusively through Target, the Stanley “Galentine’s Day” collection includes two tumblers in “Cosmo Pink” and “Target Red”.

They are the exact same as any other 40 oz Stanley “Flowstate Quencher” tumbler. Doublewalled vacuum-sealed construction, recycled material, and can keep drinks iced for up to two days.

Aesthetically though, these are very unique tumblers. You see, these ones are pink. Or red. Believe it or not, that’s actually somewhat rare. Despite Stanley running a massively popular and therefore profitable operation, you actually can’t buy a pink tumbler directly from them.

So why not crank out a batch of them and market it as a Valentine’s Day offering? Better yet, why not slap a “limited edition” label on them and whip people into a frenzy. Oh yeah, there’s a frenzy.

There are Stanley collectors out there with literal shelves brimming with tumblers. Look, this is a resell blog. We’re used to people collecting all kinds of weird shit, but isn’t this a little silly?

Not that we’re shaming! In fact, we love collectors here, the more rabid the better. Collectors are a reseller’s best friend. Well, collectors hate resellers, but resellers love collectors. Is there a term for that kind of relationship?

Valentine's Day Stanley Tumbler Resells

If you checked out that video above of the people at Target feasting on these tumblers like piranhas, you’ll understand how serious this is. This is not just another tumbler drop. It’s a Stanley tumbler, and it’s limited.

Stanley started selling these Valentine’s Day tumblers in late December. They’re only available through Target, and they’re $45. Target has them listed on their website, but they’ve been out of stock for some time.

Most Target locations are limiting customers to one or two tumblers. Even then, it’s worth going to your local Target to try and find one, because these are reselling. Right now, Stanley Valentine’s Day tumblers are reselling for around $80 to $100 at a time.

Our guess is that prices will spike for a short time, then maybe mellow out after a few weeks. Expect them to rise again as we get closer to Valentine’s Day.

Will the Stanley Valentine’s Day tumbler restock? Well, considering these are generally available at Targets across the country, they shouldn’t be too hard to find. Stanley generally restocks their limited designs a few times after release.
