Meta is selling unique Xbox-themed Quest bundles
They are $400, but contain around $500 worth of content
They are highly limited and will sell out soon
If you’re looking to break into virtual reality or you just want to flip something for a profit, check out today’s item. Meta has linked with Xbox for an exclusive version of their Quest 3S 128 GB VR headset with some nice goodies. These are on sale right now and won’t last long. Better yet, Meta’s generous return policy makes this a very low risk flip. Whether you keep it for personal use (VR is really cool) or flip it for a profit, don’t sleep on this opportunity.
While the last couple years’ AR/VR trend has definitely cooled, there is still plenty of interest in VR headsets. There are plenty of choices on the market at this point, with Meta’s Quest one of the most attractive for newcomers.
And they’ve just teamed up with Microsoft for an exclusive variant. The Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition features a unique color scheme for the headset and controllers with a matching Xbox controller, and headset strap. As a bonus, buyers also receive three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate valued at $60.
The Meta Quest 3S is a standalone headset, with no wires and no PC required. For $400, you’ve got everything you need to play VR and watch… videos with absolutely no setup.
Dollar for dollar, this is actually a great deal. Standard Meta Quest 3S 128 GB headsets retail for $300, while an Xbox controller will usually run you around $70, and the included headset strap goes for a similar price. Factoring in the complementary Game Pass subscription, and you’d actually save around $100 by buying this headset compared to the individual parts.
The Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition was produced as a celebration of Xbox Cloud Gaming on Meta’s Headsets, and Microsoft has noted that stock is extremely limited and not expected to restock.
As of this publication, these headsets are still in stock through Meta’s webstore for $400, but we’re expecting that to change soon. This is a pretty great deal on its face, and the limited edition colors make it attractive to gamers.
Better yet, Meta already offers a generous return policy that makes this perfect for resellers. You can return this headset within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions yet. Meta also offers free shipping on your initial delivery and for the return.
We’re already seeing resellers list their Meta Quest 3S Xbox Editions for sale on eBay for around $700. Since these haven’t sold out at retail we haven’t seen any resell yet, but we’re expecting that to change soon.
Consider this your last chance to buy one of these headsets before sell out. Microsoft has warned that “Once they’re gone, they’re gone”, so don’t expect to buy them at retail any time soon.
That’s all for today. If you want to learn more about reselling and catch the latest flips before they pass you by, make sure you subscribe to our newsletter. We’ll see you on the next one.
