The Pleasing x Loop Experience 2 earplugs retail for $34.95 and go on global sale May 21
Loop’s waitlist offers early access starting May 20, a full 24 hours before the public drop
Resell estimates range from $100 to $200, depending on how quickly they sell out
Harry Styles has covered a lot of ground with Pleasing since launching the lifestyle brand in 2021. Nail polish, skincare, candles, and — as we covered last year — a double-sided vibrator that flipped for up to $400. The latest product is a limited-edition collab with Loop Earplugs dropping ahead of Styles’ “Together, Together” world tour. These aren’t quite as titillating as a vibrator (although the ears are an erogenous zone), but we expect them to sell out quickly and resell for solid profits.
Pleasing x Loop has produced two limited-edition colorways of Loop’s Experience 2 Earplugs, designed for live music. The Love Enough colorway comes in pink, the Loud Enough in blue.
Both filter noise by 17dB while keeping music clear, which is Loop’s whole thing: hearing protection that doesn’t make a concert sound like it’s happening underwater. The earplugs come with a compact carry case and a range of ear tip sizes.
Loop has previously partnered with Coachella and McLaren Racing and has sold millions of units across 150 countries, so this isn’t some fly-by-night merch play. Pleasing creative director Harry Lambert described the collab as growing naturally out of the brand’s focus on everyday details, noting that Styles has long been a fan of Loop’s products.
The collab officially kicks off this weekend at an immersive pop-up in Amsterdam, where Styles opens his “Together, Together” world tour Saturday night at the Johan Cruijff Arena — the first of ten nights there.
Loop is running a waitlist at us.loopearplugs.com that grants email subscribers access to the drop a full 24 hours early. Early access starts May 20, with the global sale going live May 21 through Pleasing’s site.
Previous Pleasing drops have been strong performers on the secondary market. The double-sided vibrator we covered last year fetched up to $400 on eBay, which is obviously an outlier — that product had a uniqueness factor these earplugs don’t. These are functional accessories that will appeal to a broader audience, but they’re also far less… stimulating.
Realistic resell expectations here sit in the $100 to $200 range, which at a $34.95 retail price works out to roughly $52 to $140 in profit after eBay’s 13% fee. The lower end of that is a decent flip if you can grab multiples. The upper end would require strong demand and a fast sellout — both plausible given Styles’ fanbase and the tour timing.
The collab’s biggest risk is supply. If Loop manufactured enough units to meet demand, resell prices will stay soft. Pleasing hasn’t disclosed production numbers. Keep that in mind before going deep on inventory.
This is a solid opportunity built on strong brand equity and a proven sellout track record from Pleasing. Signing up for the Loop waitlist costs nothing, and early access on May 20 is worth taking advantage of. Don’t expect vibrator-level margins, but a quick flip in the $50 to $140 profit range is realistic if the drop sells out as fast as Pleasing drops typically do.
