Caitlin Clark Chronicled Cards Hitting Target Shelves Early

This is Panini’s second Caitlin Clark exclusive set, but the first featuring her Indiana Fever WNBA career instead of Iowa. Each sealed set includes eight packs with a 100-card base set covering her rookie season. The set includes 50 WNBA action cards plus five themed subsets: Lifestyle, Dress for Success, Shoe Game, State of the Art, and Snapshots.

Beyond base cards, you’re hunting Target-exclusive Red Holo and Red Cracked Ice parallels, Color Blast inserts, and autographs. Given Clark’s trading card momentum (her cards set the record for highest-selling women’s sports card at $660,000 this year), collectors are moving fast on this release.

Check your local Target’s trading card section today. The official online and in-store drop is tomorrow, December 14, but multiple collectors are confirming early shelf stocking at physical locations. The product page shows “Out of Stock” online currently, but brick-and-mortar stores are a different story.

Early sales on eBay are hitting around $100 for sealed sets, but volume is still low since most collectors don’t have their copies yet. Expect both prices and volume to pick up following tomorrow’s official release as more people get their hands on sets and realize what they’re sitting on.

The profit math is straightforward right now. Buy at $59.99, flip for $100, you’re looking at roughly $40 profit after eBay’s 13% fees. Not massive, but solid for a quick Target run if you’re already nearby.

Some resellers are opting to open the packs and sell individual cards, but this is generally less profitable and riskier overall. We recommend selling the sealed sets, book and all.

This is an easy flip if your Target has them early and you don’t mind a quick trip. The $40 profit after fees isn’t going to change your life, but Caitlin Clark cards have serious collector heat right now. With the official release tomorrow, you’ve got maybe 24 hours to capitalize on the early stocking advantage before supply floods the market.
