Bear Walker has been working with Pokemon Center for five years now
His designs are limited and usually retail for around $150
Resellers have been flipping them for around double MSRP
Where does the time go? It’s been five years since Bear Walker first collaborated with the Pokemon Company, and his skateboards have become staples for collectors and resellers alike. We’re taking a look at some of the new skateboards slated for a 2025 release, including a limited edition pink Eevee skateboard.
It’s a great time to be a developmentally arrested adult. All your favorite kids’ TV shows are still airing, and many of them are getting reboots or new seasons. Pokemon is somehow still cool, same with skateboarding.
And where’s the fun in being an adult anyway? If you can’t buy a house or get a decent job or raise a family or any of the other hallmarks of grown-up life, why not be a kid forever?
If that sounds fun, we’ve got the perfect line of products for you. Since 2020, independent skateboard builder Bear Walker has been collaborating with Pokemon Center on an extensive line of Pokemon-themed decks.
We first covered this collaboration in 2023, and noted that Walker’s early Pokemon skateboards were holding their value extremely well. Collectors and resellers were able to flip their decks for around double what they had paid for them three years earlier.
Bear Walker and Pokemon Center have deepened their collaboration, and these Pokemon skateboards are a major part of his portfolio. For 2025, Walker has been working on a line of Eeveelution-themed boards.
Most of these have retailed for around $130, but he recently revealed a 2025 Eevee Pokemon Skateboard for $300. These feature exclusive artwork on Walker’s signature milled deck, which means no grip tape is required.
These are limited to 930 units, and each deck ships with a certificate of authenticity. Bear Walker’s 2025 Eevee skateboards are available for sale right now through the Pokemon Center website.
If you’re considering buying one to flip it, make sure you check out the market for other 2025 Bear Walker Pokemon Skateboards. Like we said, the collection has grown a lot in the last few years, but resellers are still turning a profit from them.
Most of the sales were seeing for Bear Walker Pokemon Skateboards in 2025 are for $200 to $400 at a time. Considering the majority of these boards retailed for $130, resellers are making some seriously decent profits flipping them.
So is this new Eevee board worth flipping? That’s a bit harder to say. They’re limited to 930 units, yes, but they’re not the only Pokemon skateboard out there. With a $300 MSRP, resellers will need to list these much higher to make a similar profit, probably close to the $500 mark.
And we can’t say for certain that they’ll find a buyer. Anything is possible, but Pokemon fans have plenty of options now when it comes to a Pokemon-themed skateboard.
Note that Pokemon Center offers thirty day returns for these boards. This takes most of the risk out of the flip, as you can simply buy the board now and get a refund within thirty days of delivery if it fails to resell.
As always, we’ll leave the decision up to you. We’ve supplied the facts, and you can choose whether this is worth flipping. Make sure you subscribe to our newsletter
