We’ve got a pretty straightforward flip for you to look over today. Last month, Nvidia globally rolled out their Jetson Orin Nano Super dev kits (what a mouthful). These pack a ton of AI processing power into a compact package, and sell for a pretty reasonable price. Ideal for hobbyists and AI tinkerers, these dev kits are extremely popular. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen and Nvidia product sell out, and it’s not the first one to resell for a profit either. Here’s what you need to know.

Jetson Orin Nano Super Computers

So what exactly are we talking about? The Jetson Orin Nano computer is a line of products built by Nvidia geared towards the AI hobbyist. They’re designed to be lightweight, highly configurable, and easily slotted into a range of uses from robotics to building AI agents.

These dev kits are just the latest iteration under the Jetson Orin Nano line. The “Super” designation refers to their upgraded processing power – the Nano Super boasts 50% more neural processing and memory bandwidth than its predecessor.

An impressive accomplishment considering Nvidia is selling their Nano Super dev kits for $250, half the cost of the Nano.

For hobbyists or entrepreneurs that can benefit from the Nano Super’s capabilities, the only hurdle is actually getting their hands on one. These kits have proven so popular that Nvidia is struggling to keep them in stock, and they remain sold out even a month after launch.

Nvidia Jetson Orin Nano Super Resells

You can probably see where this is going. If you were around during the heyday of 2020s GPU reselling, you already know what people are willing to pay for Nvidia-branded products, especially the ones that sell out at retail.

Right now, Nvidia’s Jetson Orin Nano Super dev kits are reselling for around $400. Since these launched, we’ve tracked a fairly decent number of eBay sales; usually three or four per day.

At $250 from an authorized retailer, flipping one of these dev kits nets a reseller around $150 or so in straight profit. Not at all bad, and that money will add up quick if you manage to snag multiple kits to resell.

Nvidia sells their Jetson Orin Nano Super dev kits through Amazon, Seeed Studio, Sparkfun, and Arrow. As of this publication, all of these retailers are currently sold out and only taking backorders. Catching a restock through Amazon will be your best bet, but be ready for them to sell out fast.
