The Masters is held annually at Augusta National
This is the only time nonmembers can purchase official Augusta National merch
Some non-member items can also resell
The 2025 Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Course teed off over the weekend. It turned out to be another historic event as Rory McIlroy became the 6th golfer ever to win all 4 major tournaments and complete the coveted Grand Slam. While we enjoy golfing with the boys as much as the next guy, we wouldn’t be bringing it up if there wasn’t money to be made. Tickets to the event have resold for thousands in profit, and there’s a ton of on site exclusive merchandise that’s marking strong sales as well.
Augusta National is an exclusive, member only venue, not to be disgraced by scalpers or blue collar golfers. It’s also the annual host of the Masters Tournament, one of the hottest events of the year. The only way to secure a ticket is to win a lottery drawing, or get lucky enough to secure them during the post lottery payment period.
Ticket prices range from about $100 to $140 and mark sales in the lower 4 figures.
As a reminder, Augusta National, Inc. is the only authorized source/seller of Masters® Tickets. The resale of any Masters Ticket is strictly prohibited. Holders of Tickets acquired from third parties, by whatever means, may be excluded from attendance to the Tournament.
The lottery for the 2026 Masters Tournament will be open from June 1st through June 20th. Mark your calendars and make sure to make an account on the official Masters website.
Every year the Masters tournament features exclusive merchandise available only at Augusta National during the 4 day event. Needless to say some of the more limited items make for easy profits.
It’s not uncommon to see the gift shop absolutely slammed by attendees going for merch before it sells out. Unless they’re an Augusta National member, this is the only opportunity a golfer will have to buy some of this stuff.
@christopher.westbrook What $1000 Dollars will get you @The Masters !!! Would you spend that much to get these incredible items?? 🏌️♂️⛳️✨ Happy Masters !! #masters #themasters #mastershaul #haul #foryoupageofficiall❤️❤️tiktok #fyp #fypシ #mastersfit #foryouoage #foryoupageofficial
Check out this crazy haul one attendee had from day 1. According to the article, the total cost was ~$3000 for around 40 items, but market value looks closer to $10,000.
Masters sweaters, polo shirts, and various hats retailed under $100 and are currently selling on eBay for up to $300 depending on style.
But it doesn’t end there. Other favorites like the Masters Gnome and LE /500 Teddy Bear also resold for up to 10x profit. No matter where you turn, there’s money to be made in Augusta National’s gift shop.
The Masters Tournament at Augusta National is certainly an event you should have marked on your calendar every year. While maintaining its classic and exclusive roots, it offers plenty of upside for anyone lucky enough to get inside. Whether you’re interested in the sport, the locale, or the profits you’ll find it all once a year at the Augusta National country club in Georgia.
We get it, not everyone has the time, money, or patience to actually attend the Masters in person. Fortunately for resellers, there were opportunities to make a buck without ever leaving your house.
Every year, Taste of the Masters releases tournament-branded viewing party kits filled with the classic event concessions delivered right to your door. This year, there was a classic Masters cocktail added to the collection, the Azalea.
The Limited Edition Azalea Kit went on sale mid-March for $65. The kit comes with the nonalcoholic Azalea cocktail mix and Masters branded souvenir cups and mixing materials. Make sure you bring enough for everyone.
Aside from sport, a major attraction of the event is the concession stand. It features a mix of simple but allegedly delicious snacks, sandwiches, and drinks at ironically low prices. According to this USAToday article, it would cost you only $77 to purchase one of all 22 menu items.
Resellers were able to flip these kits for up to $275 at a time, penciling out to around $60 for a cocktail before factoring in booze costs. Better go with the bottom shelf stuff.
If you got one of these kits before they sold out, you’d be looking at potential profits of over $200. Whether you choose to cash that out for new clubs or save it for next year’s tickets, we don’t care. Profit is profit, and that’s what we’re interested in.
And if you’re interested in securing a little extra cash outside your day job, you’re on the right website. We cover all kinds of profitable flips, from LeBron James Barbies to rock band posters.
So subscribe to our newsletter and get the latest flips delivered right to your inbox. It’s a big world with all kinds of stuff to flip, and we’ve got everything you need to get started.
