Three limited-edition variants of Foreign Tongues World Cup artwork are available for preorder at $50.99
The collab is part of FIFA’s partnership with UMG and includes a World Cup remix of “In the Stars”
This is the second ultra-limited vinyl stunt tied to Foreign Tongues, following the Cockroaches white label release in April
The Rolling Stones and FIFA have announced a collab vinyl series ahead of the 2026 World Cup. Three limited-edition pressings of the Stones’ upcoming album Foreign Tongues are on preorder now, each featuring cover artwork that merges Rolling Stones imagery with FIFA World Cup 2026 design elements. The three variants are the FIFA World Cup 2026 Edition, the Winners’ Circle Edition, and the Host Nation Edition.
All three variants are available now through The Rolling Stones official store at $50.99 each. The collab also includes a World Cup remix of “In the Stars,” a track from Foreign Tongues set to appear on the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Album. A clothing and headwear line is expected to follow.
The partnership sits under FIFA Sound, FIFA’s music initiative with Universal Music Group, which has been pairing major artists with World Cup marketing ahead of the tournament.
This isn’t the first time the Stones have used limited vinyl to build momentum around Foreign Tongues. Back in April, we covered their Cockroaches white label drop, where a mystery pressing was distributed to 37 record stores worldwide via GPS coordinates. Those copies sold out within hours and hit $1,000 to $1,500 on eBay. The FIFA variants are a different proposition: wider availability, higher retail price, and a mass-market collab audience rather than a scavenger hunt. Whether that translates to secondary market movement remains to be seen.
