A packaging goof could add up to huge damages
If you get us a Cybertruck before the end of 2023, we’ll buy it for $200k
Trim level doesn’t matter
We will be buying a maximum of 1 vehicle
Back in October we put out an article predicting that early Cybertruck deliveries would resell on the aftermarket for around the $200,000 mark. We derived this number from factors like waitlist demand, production, anticipated retail price, and our company’s own experiences with the automotive aftermarket.
While the article itself got good traction on Reddit, a lot of people there seemed to fundamentally disagree with our prediction.
And it wasn’t just Reddit that disagreed with it. When we shared it on Twitter/X, we got an even higher concentration of “differing opinions“.
We still think we’re right.
So we’ve decided to put our money where our mouth is.
Resell Calendar announces an exclusive offer to purchase a Tesla Cybertruck for $200,000, a considerable premium over its retail price. This lucrative opportunity is open to the first individual who can deliver one before the end of 2023.
Additionally, if we are unable to find a Cybertruck within this timeframe, we may choose to extend this offer into 2024.
The vehicle’s trim level does not matter.

Obviously finding a pre-2024 Cybertruck will be hard – but not impossible. Production has been ramping up, and deliveries of production vehicles to the first batch of buyers happened this past Thursday.
That is to say, we know that production vehicles now exist in the hands of at least some consumers. And we know that production is ramping up. Therefore we can expect more and more buyers to receive their Cybertrucks in the coming days, weeks, and months.
Hopefully one of these early buyers reads this article and sells us their car.
No.
Prominent $TSLA investors like Sawyer Merritt and Gary Black seem to think the company will be able to produce around 100,000 Cybertrucks in 2024.
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter how hyped the Cybertruck is. If production in 2024 is even 1/10th of what these guys predict, the aftermarket price will plummet towards MSRP in no time.
At least we’ll get to flex at valet.
If you currently own a Cybertruck or have one on the way before the end of the year that you’d like to sell, contact us as soon as possible for your chance to lock in a sale at $200,000.
