Santa Cruz Skateboards second Pokemon blind bag collection features 30 new boards
Three glitter gold foil chase variants are limited to 500 copies each worldwide
No price yet; 2023’s boards retailed for $110

Santa Cruz and Pokemon are bringing back the skateboard booster pack. After months of teasers and a limited preview at PokemonXP, Santa Cruz finally put a date on its second blind bag collection, and this time the whole thing is built around the trading card game. Every deck ships sealed in opaque packaging, so nobody knows what they pulled until they rip it open. The last time Santa Cruz tried this, resellers ate for months. Round two brings more designs, more chase boards, and a few questions still waiting on answers.

Santa Cruz Skateboards Pokemon TCG Collection

The lineup on Santa Cruz’s Pokemon page includes 30 variant decks, each built around original Pokemon TCG card art, and every design is viewable on the site right now (sans the three glitter foil variants).

Expect classics like first edition Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise alongside cards from more recent sets, with holographic finishes on certain boards. Each sealed bag holds one 8″ x 31.6″ deck plus a Limited Edition Pokemon Player’s Guide booklet showing every design.

The big news is the chase. Santa Cruz confirmed three glitter gold foil chase variants featuring multi-card collages, each capped at 500 copies worldwide. We still don’t have a retail price, total production numbers, or pull rates for the 30 standard designs.

These Skateboards Will Resell

Resellers are interested in this drop because they remember how lucrative this collection was when it first launched in 2023. Those $110 bags sold out in under five minutes, sealed bags flipped for $250 to $350 within a day, and five gold foil designs limited to 50 copies each sold for as much as $15,000.

Sealed 2023 bags still move for $200 to $400 today. Keep in mind that 2023 had 250 gold boards total, while this run has 1,500. Better odds for buyers, but don’t expect every chase to hit five figures.

Santa Cruz has not confirmed an MSRP for their 2026 Pokemon skateboard blind bags. The 2023 boards retailed for $110, so we’re expecting something in the $120 to $150 range.

The collection launches at 6am PT at participating skate shops. Santa Cruz hasn’t confirmed an online sale this time. The dealer locator on the Pokemon page lists participating stores now, so start building your shopping list and call local shops about launch-day limits. Sign up for Santa Cruz’s email alerts on the same page.

Bottom Line

Stay tuned for more information on the drop, especially pricing and a potential online sale. This is looking like a full send at the moment, especially with collectors chasing those rare glitter foil board variants.
