Red Baron is giving away 10 Supreme Supreme pizzas loaded with 50 toppings for its 50th anniversary
Entry is free and closes tomorrow at 7 am PT, with winners picked in a random drawing
Limited edition food products have flipped for remarkable profits in the past
Believe it or not, Red Baron has been in business for over 50 years now. It’s hard to believe when you can find DiGiornio Stuffed Crust literally one shelf over, but it’s true. Anyways, to celebrate the occasion, the brand has cooked up and then frozen ten “Supreme Supreme” pizzas loaded to the edges with every topping under the sun. There’s a little number fudging going on (bacon and bacon bits are separate toppings? Really?), but it’s still an impressive feat and a desirable get for the right glutton.
Red Baron built the Supreme Supreme to mark 50 years in business, stacking 50 separate ingredients onto a single Classic Crust pie. That’s a serious jump from the standard Supreme, which normally runs sausage, pepperoni, onions, and peppers. The catch is that this version was never meant for the freezer aisle. It exists only as a sweepstakes prize, and Red Baron is only making ten of them.
Entry requires no purchase. You submit your info on Red Baron’s Supreme Supreme sweepstakes page, or mail your name and address to the address listed in the official rules, before the window closes August 4 at 7 am Pacific. One entry per person. Winners get picked in a random computerized drawing and notified by email, so this is closer to a raffle than a flip in the traditional sense.
Will this resell? Maybe! We’ve seen dumber shit flip for a profit, that’s for sure. And believe us, there’s always a community of collectors obsessed with every product, brand, and freezer staple, no matter how niche. With only ten of these being produced, all it takes is finding the right weirdo willing to shell out for one.
Shipping might be a little dicey, but just throw some dry ice in there and assume your buyer is more interested in keeping their pizza as display piece rather than actually eating it, so a little thawing in transit isn’t the end of the world.
