Nintendo All-in-One Switch 2 Carrying Cases are sold out
They retail for $85 and can be found in most stores
Retailers are flipping them for $140 to $180
We all know how well the Nintendo Switch 2 is reselling, but it seems like some of the accessories are popular flips as well. Nintendo’s official All-in-One Switch 2 Carrying Case is currently sold out online, and we’re seeing resellers flipping them for tidy profits. Make sure you’re checking shelves for these cases while you’re shopping.
It’s been about two weeks since the Switch 2 launched, and we can confidently say it’s been a massive success for everyone involved. There were some fears in the last few months that we were looking at another Wii U situation, but that’s clearly not the case.
Nintendo confirmed that the Switch 2 had sold 3.5 million units in the first four days, making it the most successful Nintendo console launch ever.
Of course, resellers were there every step of the way. We began reselling preorders when they opened in April, and were there for the console’s launch in June. The Switch 2 might not be as profitable as its predecessor, but there’s still plenty of money to be made.
And it turns out that it’s not just the Switches that are reselling. Nintendo also produces an All-in-One soft carrying case for the Switch 2 that’s proving quite popular.
These contain all the compartments and straps necessary to tote your Switch 2 between TVs, with space for the console and controllers, Switch 2 dock, various cables, and slots for up to six game cards.
Nintendo has their All-in-One Carrying Case listed for $85, but they have been sold out for several days. They are also available in stores like Target and Best Buy with varying levels of availability.
These cases are very popular Switch 2 peripherals, with a number of third-party knockoffs trying to meet demand. It seems like most Switch 2 gamers insist on the genuine article though, as we’re seeing a premium aftermarket emerge for the case.
Right now, Nintendo Switch 2 All-in-One Carrying Cases are reselling for around $150, with outlier sales ranging up to $200. That’s a potential profit of $70 to over $100 per case.
That might seem modest, but these cases are much easier to buy than the actual Switch 2. Most resellers choose to sell the cases on their own, but we’ve seen some bundled along with the console resell for close to $600.
If you’re already reselling the Switch 2, we strongly recommend keeping an eye out for these All-in-One Carrying Cases while shopping. They’ll be stocked close to Switch itself, and there’s a good chance you can find them in stock even when the Switch 2 is sold out.
That’s all for today. Make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter if you want to learn more about reselling. We’re always bringing the latest flips and hot items to our subscribers, so do yourself (and your wallet) a favor by joining the fun.
