Bear Walker's One Piece Skateboard Collection Explodes on eBay

Bear Walker’s One Piece collection is a collaboration with Toei Animation built around the brand’s signature blind box format. Each box hides one of 19 possible deck designs, ranging from Straw Hat crew members like Robin, Brook, and Luffy to rarer pulls like Kidd, Law, and a GEAR5 Luffy variant. At the very top of the rarity ladder sit nine Devil Fruit designs, each one a true 1-of-1, not duplicated anywhere in the run.

Alongside the blind boxes, Bear Walker also released a standalone GEAR5 Collectors Edition Cruiser, a numbered limited run separate from the mystery box format. Both products moved fast, with the blind box selling out at $110 and the cruiser going for $395 before its limited run dried up.

The only boards anyone can actually open right now came from the 750 units sold in person at Bear Walker’s Pensacola store, since the much larger batch of online orders hasn’t shipped yet. Just one of those 750 in-store boards was a Devil Fruit pull, meaning exactly one 1-of-1 board is out in the wild right now, presumably still sealed in its blind bag packaging.

Most of the resale action is happening with unopened blind boxes, which are trading hands for $180 to $220 on eBay. After fees, resellers stand to secure between $50 and $100 in profit for every board they sell. That’s a very solid flip for a mystery box that cost $110 sight unseen. Buyers who managed to snag several boxes online are stacking that profit across multiple units.

The GEAR5 Collectors Edition Cruiser has been a messier story. One did sell for $1,000 on eBay, but two others changed hands for just $370, marking a loss for resellers. Active listings are currently sitting between $500 and $700 without much buyer interest, which suggests the board’s true resale ceiling is still being sorted out.

Opened boxes are also finding buyers. A Robin design sold for $350, and a Luffy deck signed by Bear Walker himself brought in $500. Those sales came from boards purchased in person at the Pensacola storefront.

Blind box demand is straightforward: a $110 box with a shot at a 1-of-1 Devil Fruit deck is an easy sell to both skateboards and One Piece collectors who want a shot at the chase pull.

We haven’t seen any sales for a 1-of-1 Devil Fruit board, and we’ll likely need to wait a few weeks for one to surface. Only one is in circulation right now, and five more will be shipped out to customers in coming weeks when the online orders leave Walker’s warehouse.

Once the remaining online blind box orders ship in the coming weeks, expect more opened-box sales and a clearer picture of what individual character pulls are worth. The Gum-Gum Fruit board is the only 1-of-1 in circulation so far, and whoever owns it eventually selling will set the market for the other eight Devil Fruit designs still locked inside unshipped online orders.

The best part is that this collaboration is not over yet. Bear Walker has been replying to Instagram comments asking for Roronoa Zoa and Ace designs stating that something special is planned for these characters and its coming soon. We’ll just have to wait for more details, but it’s clear that we haven’t seen the last of Bear Walker’s One Piece skateboards. With how well the initial launch has gone, the next one is worth paying attention to.
