Once the pool floats were out of stock from Pokémon Center directly, aftermarket sales started reaching the $250 range on eBay. Prices would continue to hover between $250 and $400 for the next year.

A year after the first Summer release, at 9:45 AM PST Pokémon Center restocked the Lapras Pool Float at a new $59.99 price point, with a limit of 2 per buyer.
