Day 1
On the event’s first day, sets were offered for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis, starting at 9 AM PST when the event opened.

Day 2
By the second day of D23, word had spread about the set, causing attendees present at the 9 AM opening to beeline to the booth line. The line was closed off by 9:14 AM this time.

On the event’s final day, Lorcana took to Twitter right before opening to announce that only 300 sets were left, and that they would be given out first-come-first-serve once again. Event attendees that had lined up outside the convention center early were guaranteed their cards.

PSA Starts Grading Lorcana
Just over a month after D23 ended, PSA announced they would begin grading the Lorcana promo cards, which further cemented the aftermarket for them.

By the end of October, Lorcana promo sets were selling on eBay for at and around the $5,000 mark — 100 times more than the initial retail price.
