Disney will be rolling out a new Lorcana collection and Disneyland, Disney World, and a handful of stores in Europe. Make no mistake, these sets will sell out fast and collectors will be willing to pay hundreds of dollars over MSRP to get their hands on one.

Lorcana Curator Collection: Heroines Cards

The Curator’s Collection: Heroines Edition is the first release in a new line from Ravensburger. Six Disney heroines get the borderless foil treatment with new alternate art: Ariel, Elsa, Jasmine, Mulan, Anna, and Tinker Bell. Most won’t be tournament legal, which is fine, since nobody’s buying this box to play with it.

The box drops Friday, July 17, the same day as the prerelease for the new Attack of the Vine expansion. Similar to other location-exclusive releases, Lorcana Heroines Curator Collection sets will only be available at five locations, worldwide:

World of Disney at Disney Springs, Walt Disney World Resort, Florida
Disney’s Pin Traders at the Downtown Disney District, Disneyland Resort, California
Disney Store, Oxford Street, London
Disney Store, Grafton Street, Dublin
World of Disney at Disney Village, Disneyland Paris

Production numbers haven’t been published, but a release this narrow points to a very small print run. Purchase limits haven’t been confirmed either. Past Disney exclusives have typically capped at two per customer, though that’s not guaranteed here. Get there early regardless, since lines tend to form fast for these.

Disney Lorcana Heroines Sets Will Resell

This box is very similar to the 2024 D23 Collection, which also retailed at $99.99 for six alternate-art cards through these same five locations. Sealed boxes from that set are still reselling for upwards of $700, with individual graded cards sometimes flipping for $1,000+.

A 2x to 4x return on a $99.99 box, backed by real sales on a near-identical product, is a serious opportunity. Lorcana has cooled from its 2023 peak, but exclusive, low-print boxes hold value better than the standard lineup. Two sets could realistically mean $1,200 to $1,400 in profit before fees.

With no online option and distribution this tight, getting shut out feels more likely than getting stuck holding boxes. If you’re near Orlando, Anaheim, London, Dublin, or Paris on July 17, this is worth the trip.
