Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Collector Editions Flip for $300

Are you alright? You’re looking quite hungry. 2025 is looking like another solid year for gaming, with major releases like Grand Theft Auto 6 and Doom: The Dark Ages slated for release in the coming months.

And the year started off strong with titles like Monster Hunter Wilds, Avowed, and of course, Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The game is a sequel to 2018’s Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and a major success for Warhorse Studios.

Within hours of release, KCD2 became one of Steam’s top-selling games. In fact, it quickly hit two million sales in a week. Considering the original title took over a year to sell a million copies, this an incredible achievement for the team behind the game.

Like any AAA release, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 also launched with collector’s editions. For the game’s biggest fans, $200 would get them an entire smorgasbord of medieval content.

The biggest draw is the 12″ vinyl statuette of Henry mounted on his warhorse Pebbles. Also included is a detailed cloth map of Kuttenberg, a set of three enamel shield pins, a replica of an in-game letter, and six trading cards featuring characters from the game.

It’s no surprise to see how popular these editions are with gamers. The digital age has made it easy to collect and hoard games in a virtual library, but sometimes you just need some real toys to put on a real shelf.

Right now, Kingdom Come Deliverance II Collector’s Editions are reselling for upwards of $300. The actual sales are all over the place right now, with some trading for just $250 and other flipping for nearly $400.

That leaves most resellers with around $100 or so in profit, but things don’t stop there. Some resellers have elected to parcel out their KCD2 Collector’s Editions and sell the individual aspects on their own.

For example, the KCD2 Horse Statues can flip for $150 to $200, potentially covering the cost of the entire collection. Meanwhile, we’ve seen some sellers bundle the map and letter for around $80, while the pins and cards have flipped for up to $50.

This is a much riskier approach, but potentially much more profitable. By breaking down the collection into its individual components you significantly reduce its overall value, but that doesn’t matter if you can find multiple buyers willing to pay for them.

Compared to other collector’s editions we’ve covered, we’ve seen a lot more sales for individual parts of the KCD2 Collector’s Edition. It’s unusual for parceling out the collection to be more profitable than selling the entire set, and we’re not sure what’s different about this release.

It could be that the items in the collection are higher quality and better made than other releases, making gamers more willing to buy the non-centerpiece items. Or they might have less cash to throw around, but still want to snag an official collectable.
