UGG Tazz slippers have caught on
The $130 shoes are available in a variety of colors
Many of them are reselling for upwards of $200
If you went to an American high school at some point in the last 15 years, you’re probably far too familiar with UGGs. The big, fat, ugly boots have been a mainstay for comfortable fashion for quite a while, and they’re still going. UGG has been working on a new line of all-terrain slippers called the “Tazz” lately, and now resellers are taking notice too. The recent Tazz drops in Mustard Seed and Sand colorways have been an extremely profitable shoe to resell.
Well, it’s UGGs time again. It’s cold and rainy outside, and sometimes you really just have nothing better to do than get drunk at 4 P.M. If the sun is down by then, why not?
We covered The Elder Statesman X UGG collaboration back in October, and that taught us a few things. For one, UGGs are still really ugly. More importantly, people like them a lot, enough to buy them at massively inflated prices.
Like any innovator, UGG has kept things cooking. Today, we’re looking at a particular product from them, the UGG Tazz.

If you have eyes, you can probably understand the product. It’s a rubber-soled slipper, lined with the same comfortable plush material used in UGG boots. Real leather and sheepskin is used through the product.
These have proved so popular that many of them have been reselling. Let’s take a look.
There are a lot of these slippers, and many of them aren’t very notable. Some of them are much more popular than others, and UGG has been releasing new colors in batches. Here are the ones to pay attention to:
Doesn’t that sound pretty? The Mustard Seed Tazz slippers are by far the most popular color. These were released earlier this year, and are the most visible shoe on the Tazz aftermarket.
StockX sales data for the Tazz in Mustard Seed shows an average price of around $200.
These ones just dropped. UGG followed up the success of the Mustard Seed with new Sand Tazz slippers. They’re the same kind of earthy-beigey-boring that’s wildly popular at the moment, and have been reselling too.
UGG Tazz slippers in Sand have been reselling for about $180 after their release in November, with pretty significant sales volume.
One thing about reselling shoes is that you need to pay attention to sizes. For women’s shoes like the Tazz, sizes 7, 8, and 9 are the best. 6s and 10s can be profitable as well, but you’ll have the most success in the middle.
Keep an eye out for more UGG Tazz drops in the future. UGG seems content to keep churning these out in a variety of different colors, and there are plenty of bored women in the world willing to hand over money to get a pair.
If you want to learn more about reselling, subscribe to our newsletter. We cover shoes like these, $10,000 watches, and $10 items from Target. What do they all have in common? You can flip all of them!
