Since it was first unveiled in April, this kit has periodically restocked through ColourPop’s website, and sold out fast every time. The Hunny Pot Lip Kit is proving so popular that it’s now reselling on eBay, for significantly more than it retails for.

Did you know that Winnie the Pooh entered the public domain in 2022? That means the Disney character can now be legally used by pretty much anyone, and is the reason you might have seen an uptick in Pooh-related products from various manufacturers, including a Winnie the Pooh horror movie (50% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes!).

One product in this latest rush to market is a lip scrub and mask kit sold by ColourPop bundled up in a Winnie the Pooh themed package. The Hunny Pot Lip Care Kit includes a honey-flavored sugar scrub for exfoliating and a moisturizing lip mask. The container for the scrub is labeled as “Hunny”, while the applicator resembles a honey dipper.

The whole ensemble is flavored with a sweet honey taste, but is 100 percent vegan and cruelty-free. ColourPop first announced the product in April, and it didn’t take long for it to get picked up on social media.

TikTok loves it, which as we all know is enough to drive sales. Since the Hunny Pot Lip Care Kit was first produced it’s consistently sold out, and remains out of stock for stretches at a time.

For a skincare product, this isn’t terrible expensive. The ColourPop Hunny Pot Lip Care Kit costs $16, and is sold through exclusively through ColourPop’s website, PopSugar, Hot Topic.

It can be hard to find in stock though. The Hunny Pot Lip Care Kit restocks somewhat frequently, but tends to sell out fast. You’ll need to be quick with your fingers and receive a notification to buy a jar before stock depletes.
